Pumpkin Mousse Pudding

If you’re not sick of pumpkin just yet, then I have the easiest, tastiest little dessert recipe for you!  It’s not nearly 100% clean, but it sure is Dar-licous!   This recipe is also great for the kids and is perfect for feeding them something they’ll love and relatively healthy without them knowing.

This one is called my Pumpkin Spice Mousse Pudding with protein. Yum, right?

RECIPE STATS
173 calories (each serving), 7g protein,  25g carbs, 6g fat, 10g sugar, 6g fiber

INGREDIENTS
1 Package of No Sugar Added Vanilla Pudding mix
1 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree
1/2 cup Fat Free Cool Whip
2 Scoops of USANA Vanilla or Chocolate Nutrimeal
1 Tbs Cinnamon (or as much as desired)

DIRECTIONS
Start by following the directions on the Pudding Mix Package, but use ONLY 1 cup, not 2 cups.
Once the pudding is ready, mix all the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Blend thoroughly and let it set for 5 Minutes
Garnish with cinnamon on top

This Mix Makes a Total of 2 Servings.
