Hi! I’m Darlene Adamusik, the creator and woman behind BOD Blast!

If you sign up for my coaching program, I’ll be with you every step of the way. If you haven’t met me before, here’s a quick overview:

I’m a fitness professional with more than 15 years of experience (it’s hard to believe – time flies when you’re training and having fun)! After graduating from college with a B.S. in Health and Wellness/minor in coaching, I’ve gone on to earn a number of fitness certifications including:

  • Main Street Vegan® Lifestyle Coach & Educator
  • ACSM
  • STOTT Pilates on the Reformer
  • STOTT Functional Fitness in Golf
  • TRX RIP
  • Mad Dogg Athletic Spinning

In addition to my education and experience in the industry, I really dive into activities myself and try to walk the talk! I’m a 5x NPC nationally-qualified bikini competitor. And I’ve also competed in obstacle course races including the Spartan Race. In recent years, I’ve become highly passionate about Veganism after becoming a Vegan athlete and fitness competitor. If you’ve been thinking about going Vegan, I’m happy to talk about it with you and tell you about my experience with it – I truly love it!

In addition to competing on stage, I’ve also had a number of fun appearances, including being seen in Vegan Health and Fitness Magazine. You also may have spotted me in “LA’s Top Trainer,” “Steve Austin’s Broken Skull Ranch,” “EDGE Booty Extreme 2” DVD program and Beach Body’s “21 Day Fix” DVD program. Fun Fact: I made a quick cameo appearance on The Real World when the show’s cast was in… you guessed it.. the gym!

My goal as your trainer and coach is to give you creative, effective and long-lasting fitness programs and tips. While you will get results while following my plans, I never want you to do this by sacrificing a balanced and happy lifestyle along the way!
