Healthiest Banana Nut Muffin-Vegan

This is the easiest, fastest, and cleanest muffin you will make and can eat. Check out the ingredients and you will agree that it’s clean, gluten-free, vegan, and your kids will love it.

Let’s start baking this Dar-licious guilt free treat.

1 muffin: 145 Calories, 6 g Protein, 5 gram Fat, 18 g Carbs, 3g Fiber, 10 g Sugar

Ingredients: Prefer all Organic
1/4 cup garbanzo flour or garbanzo beans
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop Vanilla Nutrasumma pea protein
2 tbs almond or peanut butter
⅔ cup almond milk
2 tbs of pure maple syrup or agave (Optional)
1 tbs pure vanilla extract
2 mashed banana
1/4  cup Crushed Walnuts
1/4  cup Raisins
**Optional for topping walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven 400 degrees and spray muffin pan.

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients.

  2. Add the rest of the mixture except the walnuts and chocolate chips.

  3. After it mixed well pour in each muffin cups.  Makes 6 or you can make it mini if you want. Tap the pan after it’s poured to get rid of bubbles.

  4. Crush 1 walnut to one muffin and repeat to the other brownies. Add 3 dairy-free chocolate chip to each muffin.

  5. Bake 10 min and check it out. If there is some goo on the toothpick. Turn off the oven and leave the brownies in there.  This will prevent drying up the brownies.
