90 cal, 5g protein, 5g carb, 5g fat, 2g sugar (stats based on non vegan)
8 oz VEGAN Tofutti Cheese
1/2 tsp Xantham Gum
3tbs Coconut Flour
1 scoop Nutrisumma Vanilla Pea protein
1tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1tbs Organic Pure Maple
1/4 c Flax seed egg replacer or use 1/3c unsweetened applesauce
1 Peach- 1/2 chopped & 1/2 sliced
- Preheat oven 350
- In a Medium bowl mix all the ingredients, except the egg whites & peach.
- Beat eggs & add
- 8×5 Pan Coat w/ Spray – Pour batter into pan. Sprinkle some cinnamon. Add 1/2 of the peach (chopped) and mix in batter evenly. Press in the mixtures. Optional add the remaining slices of peaches for fun decorating
- Bake 30min-40 until center of cheesecake is nearly set. Remove from oven and allow to cool complete. Once cool refrigerate for up to 4 hrs
