No Bake Protein vegan carrot cake donuts

Do you love donuts? Looking for something guilt free and healthy?  Try this easy recipe.  No bake needed. This treat is great for Pre or Post workouts.  It’s even a great treat after a long run.  Great way to recover without indulging a processed treat.  The best part of this treat: no animals were harmed, no sugar added, gluten free, and did I mention it’s GUILT FREE?  It’s Super #darlicious!

 
 
 
 
Donut Ingredients:
 
1 cup dates (pit out)
1 cup walnuts
2 1/2 cups grated carrots
1/3 cup raisins
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 scoop Nutrisumma Vanilla Pea Protein 
1/4 c unsweetened coconut shreds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Desired amount cinnamon

Dash nutmeg

Frosting Ingredients:
 
1/2 cups cashews (soaked over night)
1/4 c agave
1 tsp lemon
water

dash nutmeg

Directions:
 

1: Process the dates and walnuts in the food processor or nutribullet.

2: Add 2 cups carrots and spices. Process till its mixed to a dough look.

3: Add the oats and protein powder, then add the rest of the ingredients.

4: Add some more shredded carrots and raisins, but mix it or pulse it.

5: Grab some mixture and roll it out to a tube like, then connect the ends to make it look like a donut.

6: Optional place in the dehydrator for 4 hours or just refrigerate

 
Frosting Direction:
 

1. Rinse the cashews and place in the food processor with agave, and lemon.

2. Process till the mixture is combined.

3. Keep the process running and slowly add some water to get the desired frosting consistency.

4. With a spoon place it on top of the donuts.
